A group of water-soluble vitamins including thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid, biotin, pyridoxine, folic acid, inositol, and vitamin B₁₂ and occurring chiefly in yeast, liver, eggs, and some vegetables. Also called B complex.
